We believe in Marxfreudanddarwin
\nWe believe everything is OK
\nas long as you don’t hurt anyone
\nto the best of your definition of hurt,
\nand to the best of your knowledge.<\/em><\/p>\n

We believe in sex before, during, and after marriage.
\nWe believe in the therapy of sin.
\nWe believe that adultery is fun.
\nWe believe that sodomy\u2019s OK.
\nWe believe that taboos are taboo.<\/em><\/p>\n

We believe that everything’s getting better
\ndespite evidence to the contrary.
\nThe evidence must be investigated
\nAnd you can prove anything with evidence.<\/em><\/p>\n

We believe there’s something in horoscopes
\nUFO’s and bent spoons.
\nJesus was a good man just like Buddha,
\nMohammed, and ourselves.
\nHe was a good moral teacher though we think
\nHis good morals were bad.<\/em><\/p>\n

We believe that all religions are basically the same-
\nat least the one that we read was.
\nThey all believe in love and goodness.
\nThey only differ on matters of creation,
\nsin, heaven, hell, God, and salvation.<\/em><\/p>\n

We believe that after death comes the Nothing
\nBecause when you ask the dead what happens
\nthey say nothing.
\nIf death is not the end, if the dead have lied, then its
\ncompulsory heaven for all
\nexcepting perhaps
\nHitler, Stalin, and Genghis Khan<\/em><\/p>\n

We believe in Masters and Johnson
\nWhat’s selected is average.
\nWhat’s average is normal.
\nWhat’s normal is good.<\/em><\/p>\n

We believe in total disarmament.
\nWe believe there are direct links between warfare and bloodshed.
\nAmericans should beat their guns into tractors .
\nAnd the Russians would be sure to follow.<\/em><\/p>\n

We believe that man is essentially good.
\nIt’s only his behavior that lets him down.
\nThis is the fault of society.
\nSociety is the fault of conditions.
\nConditions are the fault of society.<\/em><\/p>\n

We believe that each man must find the truth that is right for him.
\nReality will adapt accordingly.
\nThe universe will readjust.
\nHistory will alter.
\nWe believe that there is no absolute truth
\nexcept the truth
\nthat there is no absolute truth.<\/em><\/p>\n

We believe in the rejection of creeds,
\nAnd the flowering of individual thought.<\/em><\/p>\n

If chance be the Father of all flesh,
\ndisaster is his rainbow in the sky
\nand when you hear<\/em><\/p>\n
