I am a Chemical Engineer currently residing in Southern Indiana. I work at one of the nearby manufacturing plants as a Manager for Plant Infrastructure. I am a volunteer firefighter and EMT Instructor. My lovely wife Kim is a Piano Teacher in the area.

A long time ago you helped me with a computer problem thru the “PC Newsletter”.
Is this newsletter still being published? I have not received it in a long time.
Perhaps you can answer another question for me: I recently signed up for “windows
tips and tricks” thru Microsoft. A window shows up offering to scan for items which
make my computer run slowly – delete, cleaning and or repairing same. Is this a safe
thing to do?? Thanks, Sue
